The mahagatbandhan government of rjd,jdu and congress collapsed with the resignation of nitish kumar. He had issues with deputy cm tejashvi yadav. The party has 71 seats in the assembly.  Deputy cm has been facing with corruption charges. Lalu prasad yadav has clearly shown his stand that deputy cm will not resign.  Cm nitish had given an ample time to deputy cm to clear his stance and give explanation.  Since the government is a coalition government they are not in a condition to ask his resignation with a clear stand.
